Frequently Asked Questions

  • Although there are no formal requirements to participate in this course we advise having at least 6 months knowledge and attendance of regular pilates classes. If you already obtain a Level 3 or higher qualification in another field within in the industry please get in contact to discuss options.

  • There are 3 parts to the Assessment process throughout the course. 

    1. A multiple choice quiz on Anatomy and Physiology following this part of the course.

    2. In person Asssessment day - You will be required to teach a class that you have planned and prepared prior to the day. 

    3. Log book - This is the written preparation for your Assessment which will be marked.

  • Yes the course includes and indepth level 3 topic on Anatomy and Physiology as well as further topics specifically applied to Pilates.

  • We’ve designed this course to learn not only what is required but what is defining. As studio owners and teachers ourselves we know the challenges we faced in entering the industry. We will give you the tools to overcome these challenges and face the industry well prepared. With high contact hours and post qualifying support we aim to make each learners journey unique.

  • Level 3 Mat diploma - £2000

  • Whilst our foundations are rooted in the original classical Pilates method, we have adapted our training to educate with a contemporary outlook. We teach the original 34 exercises but with modern adaptations.
